Internal Sales Representative - AU

Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, and US. We are the market leader in Europe, holding more sales and selling more lots per sale than any other auction house.

The role is varied and involves dealing with buyers and sellers as well as stock and contracts, whilst working within a wider global team.

Key Activities: 

• Making out-bound telephone calls to new and existing customers.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Effectively deal with sales enquiries.
• Sales support including maintaining CRM system and dealing with sales enquiries.
• Auction Administration including customer contracts and processing stock.

The Person:

We are on the lookout for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced office environment and can easily build a rapport with customers.

The Requirements

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• A passion and drive for sales.
• Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail.
• Solid organisational and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task.

Desirable Criteria: 

• Knowledge of plant and machinery.
• Experience using CRM systems.
